Anti-Nucleosome is an ELISA test system for the quantitative measurement of IgG class autoantibodies against nucleosomes in human serum or plasma. This product is intended for professional in vitro diagnostic use only. Determination of autoantibodies against nucleosomes is an aid in the diagnostics of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), especially, if antibodies against dsDNA are not detectable. Evaluation of a test result should always take into account all clinical and laboratory diagnostic findings.
