Anti-Elastase is an ELISA test system for the quantitative measurement of IgG class autoantibodies against Elastase in human serum or plasma. This product is intended for professional in vitro diagnostic use only.
INTENDED PURPOSE
Autoantibodies against elastase are generally associated with inflammatory rheumatic disorders, e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus or vasculitis. Determination of Anti-Elastase contributes to the differential diagnosis of these diseases, when used in combination with other laboratory and clinical findings.
